Sometimes you find information in the strangest of places!

Recently I have been looking at ways of extending support to my cardiac clients to help them improve their health outcomes more naturally.

Pharmaceutical medications for high blood pressure, Congestive heart issues, Pulmonary hypertension, Cholesterol and other heart related issues have know side effects (even though they are necessary for most of my clients).

As you may already know, there are so many wonderful herbs, vital nutritional support, important minerals and other complementary support we can offer for heart health that work in tandom and support pharmaceuticals medications.  In fact some are so important Pharmacists are now recommending certain nutritional items whenever cholesterol drugs are prescribed.

Recently, however, I found a book in a second hand shop titled – “the Heart’s Code” which details a deeper more intensely personal view of the heart as an organ that not only loves and feels, but that also thinks, remembers and communicates with our own body as well as being able to connect to the hearts of others.   It is written by New York Times best selling author  Paul Pearsall, PhD.

An on-line journal article (link attached below) provides a summary describing what you will find in the book.  As I found the journal article interesting, I thought it may be of interest to those of you who are dealing with heart related issues (including  grief, depression, anxiety or other heart felt issues)

I look forward to any comments you have and hope you enjoy the article: As I cannot activate the link from here, I recommend you copy and paste to your browser
